Jason Mickool spent more than thirty years building organizations and developing high-level operators.

Before he built anything of his own, he was a corporate executive who was fired three times and then lived through a reorganization that left him lost and unsure of his next step. That experience lit the conviction that he could build something better than the job he kept losing.

So he bet on himself. He started Florida Financial Advisors at his kitchen table with no team, no office, and no investors. What he had was a story, a vision he could sell before it existed, and a wife who told him to go build it.

He spent the next decade proving it out. That kitchen-table start grew into a national enterprise of six regional brands, Florida, Georgia, Tristate, Texas, Four Corners, and New England Financial Advisors. He still leads it as Founder and CEO.

Along the way he learned the lesson that shapes everything he does now:

A business that depends on its founder for every decision is just a job with more stress wearing the costume of a business. The work is to build something that runs, grows, and develops leaders on its own. What he kept returning to through all of it was the people. You do not understand vision until you watch it change someone. A team pulls in the same direction when it knows exactly what it is building and why. Jason hires for eagerness over readiness because he believes most people are capable of far more than they are producing, and his mission across everything he builds is the same: to elevate people to the highest level in their careers and lives.
